Good basic knowledge of electric drive, familiar with C/embedded system development/low-level driver software programming/logic design, familiar with BLDC, PMSM, SRM motor control principles is preferred.

Solid foundation of digital and analog circuits,  familiar with C/embedded system development/Bottom-driven software programming/logic design.

1. Solid foundation of electronic product structure design, and experience in product structure design of home appliance is preferred; 

2.  Understand the basic mechanical principles and structure, and familiar with the characteristics of hardware and plastic materials;

   
   

Assist the engineer in charge in electrical design or electrical design of simple projects

Assist system engineers to deal with system development issues  

1. Responsible for  planning, preparation and training of product quality standard;

2. Responsible for the quality management of the whole process of products(suppliers, production processes, markets);

3. Responsible for promoting the improvement of quality problems;  

4. Responsible for improving the qualified level of product quality;

5. Research and develop inspection technology, methods, and equipment;

Responsible for external liaison business in the international market, company promotion to foreign merchants, and market development;good communication skills and customer service awareness; excellent market development, project coordination, and negotiation capabilities.

1. Responsible for planning the product reliability experiment;   

2. Responsible for experiment and testing of products;   

3. Responsible for organizing the improvement of the unqualified products found in the experiment and testing of new products and mass-produced products;   

4. Responsible for instrument calibration and management, continuous improvement of detection capabilities;
